5 SELF CARE TIPS FOR BETTER MENTAL HEALTH

1. Proper water intake.

Drinking water daily not only flushed our body from toxins and keeps us healthy but also super important for anyone dealing with acne.

2. Exfoliating.

Our skin is the largest organ we have, exfoliating at least 2x a week will help increase our cell turnover for dead skin. This aids in anti-aging benefits, alleviating acne as dead skin builds up and clogs pores, as well as helping with dryness! How often are you exfoliating?

3. Sunscreen.

Our sunscreen application is so important in our daytime regimen. Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the U.S. We should be re applying our SPF every 2 hours throughout the day for the most protection.
