At each of our locations, we have 3 different types of suites, a single suite, a premium suite, and a double suite. Each one of these suites is equipped with a shampoo bowl and chair, a styling station and chair, and an overhead cabinet for storage.
The dimensions of our suites vary depending on our locations, that’s why a single suite in Garden City may have a different size than a single suite in Five Towns, for example.

The minimum lease period in our suites is 1 year. However, if after a few months you have to leave, you can do it, but you must give us a 45 days notice.

Besides the lease payment, the only additional charge is the security deposit. This deposit is used to reserve your suite, but also as a backup in case of any damage done to the suite, abandonment of the suite without notice, or delay in the payments of the suite.
The payment of the lease can be made weekly or monthly, as best suits your schedule. You just have to inform us at the time of leasing which of the two options you prefer.

Yes, it is possible, but only in the locations that are under construction. In addition, this modification has a cost of 750 dollars for each wall that must be demolished; that is to say, if you want to join 3 suites you must pay 1,500 dollars since 2 walls have to be demolished.
This payment is refundable if you stay more than 18 months at this location.
To reserve a suite in any of our locations, you only have to take into account the following items:
When we say you can customize your suite, we mean that you can paint and decorate the walls as you like, as well as put shelves, cabinets, or any other element that will help you organize your work area and show your style.
The only condition is that at the moment you decide to leave your suite, you must return it without these accessories and with the walls painted in white.
Ideally, you should already have a list of clients who already know about your services, since we only provide you with a comfortable and luxurious place to serve them and give them a memorable experience.
If the shampoo bowl does not fit the tools you need, you can ask to have it replaced with a hand sink.
